OSCE SMM mission reported on facts of conducting population census in areas of Donetsk Oblast (non-controlled by the Ukrainian government). This was reported in the OSCE report.
In a population census center located in an educational institution in Horlivka, three women and two men, who conducted the census, reported to the OSCE Mission that people who collect the information passed the education and got the booklet with instruction.
In addition, next to another similar institution in Horlivka, four women informed the Mission that the census was well announced in the media and in SMS messages.
