OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) observers spotted a modern Russian complex of electronic warfare RB-341V “Leer-3” in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region. This is reported reported by the OSCE CMM in Ukraine.
“On April 2, the SMM team recorded a complex of electronic warfare (RB-341V ”Leer-3“), which was transported on a military truck (KamAZ-5350) near the town of Konkovo (not controlled by the government, 79 km south of Donetsk) in the southern direction by road T0508 (in a zone where deployment of heavy weapons and military equipment is prohibited in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Memorandum of September 19, 2014),” the report says.
