«Oschadbank» won in the Supreme Court of the cancellation of judicial decisions, according to which «Ukrtelecom» had the right not to pay the bank more than 1 billion UAH, the press service of the bank reported.
« Supreme Court of Justice on July 17th, 2018 partially granted the appeal of «Oschadbank» and revoked the decision of the Kyiv Economic Court of November 27th, 2017 and the decision of the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal of April 10th, 2018 to terminate the contract of sale of bonds concluded between the bank and «Ukrtelecom», worth more than 1 billion UAH», – said in a statement.
The press service noted that, thus, «Oschadbank» received the right to compulsory recovery from «Ukrtelecom» debt under the contract of purchase and sale of bonds for the amount of 1.1 billion UAH. The corresponding suit of the bank is under consideration by the Kyiv Economic Court.
As the «Journalist» reported director of the Treasury of «Oschadbank» will go to court for fraud with bonds.
