Chairman of Zakarpatia Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal said that Budapest had transferred the issuance of his passports to residents of Zakarpatia from Berehovo to the neighboring Hungarian city of Kisvárd in eastern Hungary.
«Nothing has changed. Transferred the issue (passports – ed.) to the neighboring Hungarian town of Kisvárda (a town in the Northern Alföld region in eastern Hungary – ed.). People took the train, which takes 7 minutes, and they are already in Kisvárd Kisvárd and there they take citizenship», said Moskal, adding that this does not affect the economy of Zakarpatia in any way.
In addition, according to the head of Zakarpatia Regional State Administration, Hungary does not pose a threat to the territorial integrity of Ukraine in Zakarpatia, writes Unian.
