In Kiev, activists of the anti-corruption platform «IntegrityUA» presented a monument to corruption, which will be exhibited near the buildings of anti-corruption bodies, to remind that corruption in Ukraine is not yet defeated.
The presentation of the mobile monument took place near the building of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, 112 Ukraine news agency reports.
The activists decided to create a monument that would remind everyone, that corruption has not yet been defeated in Ukraine and it is necessary to continue the fight against corrupt officials.
The monument is implemented in the shape of an iron cage about 1.5 m high with a mannequin inside, which personifies a corrupt person who has a sign on his chest saying «I am a bribe-taker» and with his pockets full of American dollars bills.
As «The Journalist» reported, near the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecution Office building, Shabunin was poured with green antiseptic liquid and pelted with cakes of the Kyiv Confectionery Factory «Roshen».
