Pope Francis announced that he would visit North Korea if he will receive an official invitation. He said this at the meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in at the Vatican, Yonhap news agency reports.
South Korean President has conveyed verbally an invitation from the DPRK leader Kim Jong-un.
«The Pope said that he would definitely give an answer if he received an official invitation,» – said spokesperson of the South Korean President.
