Paris returns to mandatory face masks in the streets

Paris authorities have decided to reimpose mandatory face masks throughout the city. The relevant decree will come into force on August 28, Le Figaro reports.

According to the source, the face masks will become mandatory throughout Paris starting from Friday, August 28, from 8:00 a.m. (9:00 a.m. Kyiv time – ed.) in order to counter the spread of the coronavirus.

Previously, French Prime Minister Jean Castex said that Paris was qualified as one of the active zone for the spread of the coronavirus.
