Honored Patriarch of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Filaret called on the newly elected President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, to use obtained power to promote good and fighting evil.
This was discussed during a meeting of Zelensky with Patriarch Filaret, informs the Team Zelensky in the Telegram.
“Filaret congratulated the newly elected president of Ukraine with the victory on the elections and urged Zelensky to use the obtain power for encouraging good and fighting evil,” it was reported.
Patriarch Filaret presented a memorable gift to the newly elected president. Zelensky thanked Patriarch for the meeting and communication.
The meeting was also attended by the senior priest of the Church of the Nativity of Christ, Archpriest Nikolai Salabay.
As The Journalist reported, Patriarch Filaret congratulated Zelensky on his victory in presidential elections.
