The People’s Front Party said that the new president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has no legal basis for dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada.
“The statement of President Zelensky about the dissolution of parliament is an exclusively political decision and has nothing to do with either the law or the Constitution,” UNIAN informs.
At the same time, the People’s Front announced that they would participate in early elections.
“Undoubtedly, we will go to fight together with our supporters for our course and the future of Ukraine in these dubious early parliamentary elections,” the statement said.
The People’s Front believes that “in the President’s inaugural speech was said nothing about the agenda of changes in the country, but only about how to enter the Verkhovna Rada in the wake of temporary popularity. This is the reason for the presidential decision on early elections. ”
As The Journalist reported, Ukraine may hold early elections to Verkhovna Rada in mid July.
