Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that only with arms in their hands Armenian people will be able to achieve an acceptable solution to the Karabakh conflict, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“We must fight to the end if we are to protect the rights of our people. No matter what happens, we must fight for the rights of our people. Today, in the context of Azerbaijan’s position, to fight for the rights of our people means, first of all, to take up arms and defend our homeland. We will be able to reach an acceptable diplomatic solution with the effective organization of this process,” Pashinyan said.
Also, according to the head of government, now Azerbaijan does not agree with anything other than the capitulation of Karabakh.
“You understand what it means,” Pashinyan stressed.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced in the morning the start of a military operation along the entire line of contact in the Karabakh conflict zone on September 27. According to the ministry, a “counter-offensive operation” was launched in response to provocations from the Armenian side.
