The World Bank has worsened inflation expectations for the Ukrainian economy – the inflation level could reach 10% by the end of this year.
This was stated by the leading economist for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova at the World Bank, Faruk Khan, the Segodnya newspaper writes.
«In September, the inflation level was at 9%, and we expect its further growth to 10% by the end of 2018 because of the need to increase gas tariffs and due to certain unfavorable external factors,» – he said.
As The Journalist reported, the cigarettes price in Ukraine may exceed at UAH 110-120 per one pack.
