As The Journalist reported, Poroshenko orders border guards not to let Russian observers in for elections.

The State Border Service will execute the order of the President of Ukraine not to let Russian observers in for Ukrainian elections, said Oleh Slobodian, Assistant Chairman of the State Border Service, UNIAN reports.

“The President, as supreme commander, is the immediate commander for all military personnel, including the State Border Service, therefore his orders as supreme commander-in-chief are obligatory for execution,” Slobodian said.

“We unequivocally execute all legal decisions, which meant to improve the national security level,” the representative of the State Border Service assured
