The security service detained three people who organized a scheme for the supply of food to the occupied territory of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. The total cost of the delivered products is more than 500 million UAH. This is reported by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine.
It was established that during 2017, two Ukrainian commercial enterprises were supposed to export food products to foreign companies in transit through the territory of Russia. However, they carried out illegal deliveries of food in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts for a total amount of more than 500 million UAH.
As a result of activities carried out as part of criminal proceedings, only one of the contracts for the supply of food allegedly in one of the African countries accrued and confirmed by expertise the damage caused to the state budget in the amount of 7.7 million UAH.
Investigation is underway.
