As «The Journalist» reported, The Ukrainian Jewish Committee will appeal to the Police in connection with the public anti-Semitic statement of The «Right Sector» political movement.

Interior Minister Arsen Avakov repored The polise of Odessa opened a criminal investigation for violation of the racial and national equality of rights, a case of which occurred in Odesa.

«Public anti-Semitic appeals in Ukraine are unacceptable – including those exclaimed during rallies, like the one in Odesa. It is the case of medievalism, which has nothing to do with expressing patriotic views. The police of Odesa opened the case under Part 1 of Article 161 (violation of racial and national equality of rights of citizens)», – minister said.
