President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko awarded the head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak title of “Hero of Ukraine” with the award of Golden Star Order.
The text of the relevant decree number 208/2019 published on the website of the head of state.
It is noted that Hrytsak was awarded the title “Hero of Ukraine” for “selfless service to the Ukrainian people, an outstanding personal contribution to the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.”
