President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko awarded the President of the European Council Donald Tusk with the Order of Yaroslav the Wise. The head of state said this on Facebook.

“Proud of the opportunity to award a great friend of Ukraine, President of the European Council Donald Tusk with a high state award – the Order of Yaroslav the Wise. We are sincerely grateful, Mr. President, for the deep understanding and reliable support of Ukraine and Ukrainians on our common way of returning to a single family of European nations and upholding our sovereignty and territorial integrity, ”Poroshenko stressed.
