President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Serhiy Kryvonos, as the head of the interdepartmental working group to prepare proposals for strengthening the state’s defense.
This is stated in the decree №201/2019 published on the presidential website.
The document also approved the provision on the interdepartmental working group on the preparation of proposals on strengthening the state’s defense capability. The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
In addition, Poroshenko appointed Yuriy Artemenko as a member of the National Commission, implementing state regulation in the field of communications and informatization.
The relevant decree No.198/2019 dated May 7 was published on the website of the head of state.
Artemenko was appointed in accordance with Part One of Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications”.
