The decree of the head of state Volodymyr Zelensky about dissolution of Verkhovna Rada does not comply with the Constitution of Ukraine.

About this in his Twitter said the former president Petro Poroshenko.

“Having a majority in VR is the natural desire of the president. And in due time, after May 25 elections, I did everything to hold early parliamentary elections. The only problem is that democracy is a procedure, and Constitution is the Basic Law of the state, which must be strictly observed. Verkhovna Rada can be dissolved not when the president wants, even if it is necessary for him, but when there is an exhaustive list of the grounds for such actions by the head of state. Today we see that the provisions of the Constitution were not respected – this team began its activities with violations of the Basic Law,” the ex-president said.

As reported by “Journalist”, Danyliuk was appointed secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
