Presidential candidate and current head of state Petro Poroshenko said that the proposal to the leader of the Batkivshchyna Party Yulia Tymoshenko to become an arbiter in debates before the second round of elections is disrespect.
Poroshenko said this after passing the necessary blood tests for drugs and alcohol content.
“My position is as follows: the debate is not a show, I believe that such dismissive or frivolous treatment means disrespect for politician Yulia Tymoshenko, who took the third place [in the first round] and, by the way, this means disrespect for her 2.5 million voters,” the head of state said.
Poroshenko noted that such kind of an attitude to Yulia Tymoshenko and her voters lacks dignity.
As The Journalist reported, Poroshenko’s analyzes will be ready within two weeks.
