President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed Speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mariyana Betsa as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Estonia.
This is stated in the decree of the head of state №282 / 2018, promulgated on his official website. The relevant decree is dated September 13.
As The Journalist reported, the Ecumenical Patriarchate appointed two representatives in Kiev.
