President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed decree No.32/2019 “On the borders and the list of districts, cities, towns and villages, parts of their territories temporarily occupied in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts”.

The document is published on the website of the head of state.

According to Part 2 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Peculiarities of State Policy for Ensuring State Sovereignty of Ukraine in the Temporarily Occupied Territories in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts", the decree approves the boundaries and the list of settlements, parts of their territories temporarily occupied in the Donbas.

The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.

The annex to the decree gives the geographical coordinates of the borders of the temporarily occupied territories in the Donbas, which are determined by the actual line of separation of the parties.

A list of localities and parts of their territories temporarily occupied in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts can be found on the President’s website.
