On July 4, President Petro Poroshenko signed the law «On the Disciplinary Regulations of the National Police of Ukraine», the presidential press service reported.
«The law «On the Disciplinary Regulations of the National Police of Ukraine» determines powers of police officers and their principals, types of encouragement, disciplinary measures and their application. I am convinced that the full implementation of the Charter will bring the Police citizens’ trust and order within the police force,» – the President said.
«In addition, the regulations must become a reference book for the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and for the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine, which also covers its activities,» – he added.
