Poroshenko signed law on collective land ownership

As noted, Poroshenko signed the law «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Resolution of the Issue of Collective Land Ownership, Improvement of Land Use Rules in Massifs of Agricultural Land, Prevention of unlawful seizures and Irrigating in Ukraine.» This was reported by the press service of the Head of State.
It is reported that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed the law on collective ownership of land. The corresponding law will create conditions for preventing raider/unlawful seizures.
The report notes that the law assumes specifics of the use and disposal of land, located in an array of agricultural land.
The document provides the right for the owners of agricultural land plots and farms to use them for conducting agricultural production without changing their intended purpose. Also, the owners of the land legally allowed to exchange such land plots.
In addition, the law recognizes the land of collective agricultural enterprises which terminated their activities as the property of territorial communities.
As The Journalist earlier reported, Poroshenko had signed law releasing Ukroboronprom from military technical cooperation contracts with Russia.
