The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has awarded the Head of the National Police Serhiy Knyazev with the highest police rank.
It is reported by the Department of Communication of the National Police.
«On the occasion of Ukraine’s Defender’s Day, the President Petro Poroshenko awarded the Head of the National Police, Serhiy Knyazev, with a special rank,» – the report said.
According to the presidential decree No.329 of October 13, Knyazev was awarded with with First division general rank.
As The Journalist reported, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry will be headed by a person without military expirience.
