President Petro Poroshenko urged the Verkhovna Rada to support amendments to the Constitution, which reinforce Ukraine’s course towards EU and NATO membership in the second reading on Thursday, the press secretary of the president Svyatoslav Tsegolko informs on his page on Twitter.
"The President called on deputies to support the vector of development and vote on Thursday on amendments to the Constitution regarding the need for membership in NATO and the EU," the report said.
As The Journalist reported, Poroshenko said that Ukrainian ships would pass through the Kerch Strait soon.
