Poroshenko dismissed Kulich as the Head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration

President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Valeriy Kulich as the Head of Chernihiv Regional State Administration.

This is stated in the presidential decree No.218 / 2018 of July 30, which was published on the website of the head of Ukrainian state. The document notes, that Kulich was dismissed in accordance with his application.

As The Journalist reported, Poroshenko dismissed Horbulin and appointed Pavlenko as director of National Institute for Strategic Studies.
