President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko arrived in Israel with an official visit envisages negotiations on the Free Trade Agreement between the countries, the presidential website has reported. The President of Ukraine invited his Israeli counterpart Reuven Rivlin to visit Ukraine in 2019.
Poroshenko met with the President of Israel. It is planned to sign the Free Trade Zone Agreement later that day. The President of Ukraine will also hold talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The program also includes talks with Speaker of the Knesset Yuli-Yoel Edelstein, as well as with the Patriarch of Jerusalem, Theophilos III.
