Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Akhtem Chyigoz, said that Volodymyr Balukh’s state of health is very complicated because he continues termless hunger strike. This is reported by Krym.Realii news agency.
«Now he is in prison cell, crowded with over 10 other prisoners, and it is very difficult for him – he gets knocked down. This greatly disturbing his rest. Taking into account his hunger strike, he needs a more quiet surrounding. His state of health remains extremely complicated,» – said Chiygoz.
Recall that Ukrainian political prisoner Volodymyr Balukh was sentenced to 5 years in prison being accused of alleged beating Valeriy Tkachenko, the chief of the temporary detention facility in the village of Rozdolne.
In this case, the activist and his defense claim that Tkachenko attacked him.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, Ukrainian political prisoner Balukh has refused rusks and said that he will be only drinking water.
