Pavlo Hobsey was appointed as first deputy minister of education

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Pavlo Hobsey as First Deputy education and science Minister.

The relevant orders of December 27, 2018 were published on the government portal.

Thus, with one order the government dismissed Hobsey from the post of Deputy Minister, and with another appointed him as the First Deputy Minister of education and science.
