Venezuelan government denies MEPs entry into country

The government of Venezuela has barred European parliamentarians delegation from entering the country on February 17, DW informs.
According to the representative of the European Parliament, Esteban Gonzalez Pons, deputies were expelled from Venezuela, their passports have been seized, and they were not informed of the reason for the expulsion.
In turn, the Foreign Minister of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, said that several days before the MEP group had been warned that an attempt to visit Venezuela would result in barred entry.
As The Journalist reported, demonstrators in Montenegro demanded the resignation of the president.
