President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleksiy Chernyshev as Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
The corresponding decree #777/2019 dated October 28 was published on the president’s website.
“To appoint Oleksiy Chernyshev as Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration,” the document says.
By another decree #776/2019, the President dismissed Mykhailo Bno-Airiian from the post of Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
Recall that Bno-Airiian was appointed Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration on July 10 by presidential decree.
