Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has approved the new composition of the Citizenship Commission under the President of Ukraine.
The corresponding decree #593/2019 was published on the presidential website.
In particular, the document recognizes the decrees on the composition of the commission during the presidency of Petro Poroshenko as no longer valid.
According to the document, the commission is headed by Oleksiy Dniprov, chief of staff of the Presidential Office. Maksym Moiseiev, the deputy head of the Department for Citizenship, Clemency, State Awards – the head of the department for citizenship of the Office of the President of Ukraine became his deputy.
The decree comes into force from the day of its publication.
As The Journalist reported, Zelensky dismissed heads of Donetsk and Lviv oblasts RSA.
