European Council President hopes that Brexit might be called off

Donald Tusk raised this idea after it was announced that Britain’s foreign minister Boris Johnson had stepped down in the wake of the resignation of Brexit minister and lead negotiator David Davis. This is reported by Korrespondent news agency.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, UK Brexit Minister quits over PM May’s exit plan, and Boris Johnson has resigned as UK foreign minister, following him.
As the Prime Minister Teresa May admitted later, she was «somewhat surprised» because of this resignations.
European Council President Donald Tusk raised the idea that Brexit might be called off after Boris Johnson, a campaigner for Britain to leave the EU, resigned as foreign secretary.
According to Tusk, Politicians come and go but the problems they have created for people remain.

«I can only regret that the idea of Brexit has not left with Davis and Johnson. But … who knows?» – Tusk said in a tweet.
