President dismissed Ukraine’s ambassador to Tajikistan and Afghanistan

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed the ambassador of Ukraine in Tajikistan and Afghanistan (part-time) Viktor Nikityuk.

This is stated in the presidential decree No.336 of October 18.

«To dismiss Viktor Nikitiuk as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Tajikistan and as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan concurrently,» the decree says.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Tajikistan stated that Nikityuk has served as ambassador to Dushanbe since 2012, and in Afghanistan since 2013.
