Nationalized PrivatBank filed appeals against the decision of District Administrative Court of Kyiv dated April 18, 2019 on the case No.826/7432/17, as the press office of the bank reported.
In particular, it is reported about challenging the court decision on the lawsuit of Igor Kolomoysky, former PrivanBank owner to annul the decision to withdraw insolvent PJSC PrivatBank from the market with state involved.
In addition, the bank filed appeal against the decision on the lawsuit of former shareholder of the bank of Cyprus company Triantal Investments Ltd. on cancellation of the decision made by National Bank of Ukraine Commission on determining the list of persons related to the bank.
In connection with the consideration of this appeals, court’s decision have not taken effect and do not have any legal consequence.
Recall, on April 18, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv recognized the nationalization of PrivatBank as illegal.
