The State Property Fund of Ukraine believes that almost all auction on sale of large privatization objects will be held in 2019; not in 2018, as it was planned.
This was stated by the Acting Head of the State Property Fund Vitaly Trubarov, UNIAN reported.
«We can already state the fact that all of those large-scale privatization objects, that we have outlined, the privatization process on most of them is postponed to 2019,» – he said.
According to Trubarov, most likely, it will be possible to privatize only Centrenergo this year, according to which the Cabinet of Ministers approved the starting price and terms of sale last Wednesday, on October 3. The tender for the privatization of the state-owned shares of this company should be held in late November or early December of this year.
As The Journalist reported, Ukraine’s Cabinet plans to receive UAH 2 billion from small-scale privatization this year.
