Ukraine’s draft budget 2019 provides UAH 2.7 bln for the intelligence service

2019 Draft State Budget provides UAH 2.7 billion for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This is stated in the draft state budget-2019, published on the Parliament’s website.

The State Budget-2019 increased expenses for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry by UAH 250 million 50.4 thousand in comparison with 2018, and established it in the amount of UAH 2 billion 750 million 50.4 thousand, including UAH 2 billion 742 million 574.1 thousand for the general fund and UAH 7 million 476.3 thousand for special.
The budget program «Intelligence in the field of defense» expenses has been increased by UAH 249 million 749.4 thousand in comparison with 2018 and are envisaged in the amount of UAH 2 billion 649 million 705.4 thousand, including UAH 2 billion 642 million 574.1 thousand for the general fund, and UAH 7 million 131.3 thousand for special.
As The Journalist reported, 2019 Draft State Budget provides UAH 325 bln for raising of loans.
