Prystaiko to pay a working visit to Brussels and Luxembourg

On October 14, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko will pay a working visit to Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium) and Luxembourg (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).

In the framework of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg meeting, the Minister will take part in the foreign ministers meeting in the format “Ukraine + Friends of Ukraine in the EU” upon the invitation of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini and ministers of foreign affairs of the EU Member States.

Vadym Prystaiko will brief partners of the implementation of comprehensive reforms in Ukraine, security situation in Donbas and preparations for Normandy format summit, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.

In Brussels, the Head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry will take part in a meeting of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs. The key topic of the meeting will be the situation in the east of Ukraine in the context of Russian aggression and the efforts of the Ukrainian side to implement the Minsk agreements.

During the visit, Vadym Prystaiko will also hold a series of bilateral meetings with EU foreign ministers and senior officials of the EU institutions.
