The leader of the Servant of the People party Dmytro Razumkov has said that the new convocation of parliament will start its work in late August – early September.

“I think that the first meeting may take place in the end of August or in the beginning of September. First of all, it does not quite depend on us, it depends on the CEC, when the results will be ready,” Razumkov said.

The head of the party expressed the hope that the CEC will not delay the results, and the parliament of the new convocation would start to fulfill its duties as soon as possible.

To Razumkov, it’s not yet possible to talk about creating of a coalition with other political forces in the new parliament.

“We, of course, are open to any dialogue, but as of today we will proceed from the final results. We will be able to cooperate in the Verkhovna Rada with all the political forces that will coincide with us in the ideological worldview and basic vision of the development of our country,” UNIAN quotes the Servant of the People leader, as saying.

According to Razumkov, “it’s too early to talk about a coalition agreement, because the elections results of our colleagues or opponents in the Verkhovna Rada are not yet ready.”

As The Journalist reported, Zelensky supports the idea of uniting Sports Ministry, Information Policy Ministry and Culture Ministry.
