Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, Dmytro Razumkov does not see any factors that would be conductive to the return of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). He stated this on the air of the ICTV channel.
Razumkov said that some PACE member countries are offering the Ukrainian delegation to return to the organization, despite the absence of sanctions against Russia.
According to him, such a decision would be the Ukrainian parliament to decide:
“There are those representatives of different countries who still invite the Ukrainian delegation to return […] I believe that the position of the Ukrainian delegation was absolutely correct and right at that time … today I do not see the prerequisites for changing the decision that was taken.”
