Ambulance crews in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas oblast go only on emergency cases with the permission of the Russian military.
This was announced by the speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Colonel Dmytro Gutsulyak, referring to the General Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense.
“Due to the use of the territory, objects and property of civilian medical institutions by the Russian occupying forces, the state of medical care for the population has deteriorated. At the same time, the medical personnel of civilian hospitals are obliged to maintain a constant readiness for the immediate execution of tasks in the interests of the Russian occupation forces,” said Gutsulyak.
The press secretary added that in connection with this situation, ambulance vehicles, called by population, are providing medical services only in emergency cases and with the permission of the heads of medical services of the local Russian military garrisons.
As The Journalist reported, one militant was eliminated in Donbas.
