Refat Chubarov set date for March of Dignity to Crimea

Crimean Tatars plan to cross the administrative border with the peninsula on May 3, Chubarov reports.

The Mejlis intends to march to Crimea in early May, the organization’s head, Refat Chubarov, said on Facebook.

“The meeting participants set May 3, 2020 as the date when the participants of the non-violent peaceful action “Peace Against Violence and Occupation” plan to cross the administrative border between the Kherson Oblast and the temporarily occupied Crimea,” Chubarov said.

Recall that Chubarov announced plans for the march in early December last year.
