Office of Public Prosecutor of Kiev with operatives of the National Police of Ukraine exposed a group of persons who illegally took possession of a 50% stake in LLC «Goszakupki.Online»- an online resource that is part of ProZorro’s public procurement system and an open commercial procurement system RIALTO.
As the press service of the Kyiv city prosecutor’s office members of the criminal group, led by an ex-law enforcement agent with threats of violence, forced one of the company’s co-owners to conclude an alleged contract for alienation of the he shares corporate rights.
It is noted that during the search of the apartment the organizer of the crime seized a large number of ammunition to the battle rifles, as well as a carbine converted by a self-made way.
At present, the suspect is announced to have completed the investigation and provided materials for criminal investigation. At the same time, the court seized the court to prevent illegal actions against the property of LLC «Goszakupki.Online».
«There are currently no threats to ProZorro public procurement system»,- the prosecutor’s office said.
The search for an accomplice of a crime hiding in the Russian Federation was also announced. He directly exercised physical influence on the victim and his intimidation.
