The Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) refused to satisfy Ukraine’s request on transferring three Ukrainian sailors, wounded during detention in the Kerch Strait, to neutral country for examination and treatment. This was reported by lawyer of one of the arrested Ukrainians, Serhiy Badamshyna, on Facebook.
According to the lawyer, the defense asked to extradite wounded POWs Soroka, Artemenko and Eider to Ukraine or to a neutral country for examination and medical treatment, or to civilian medical facilities equipped with appropriate equipment that can provide adequate and appropriate standards of medical care.
However, the FSB of Russia refused to satisfy the petition.

“The question of examining wounded Ukrainian POWs to Moscow’s civilian medical institutions is resolving as for now,” wrote Badamshyna.

As The Journalist reported, in the courtroom Munger stated that the murder of Gandzyuk was organized by an SBU officer.
