The Embassy of Russia in Washington stated that the United States has no «moral right» to demand from Russia release Ukrainian political prisoners.

«The official representative of the State Department and a number of American lawmakers, who synchronously voiced the demands, know our principal position. We reject any attempts to interfere in our internal affairs», – reported by TASS.

At the same time, Russian diplomats insisted on the return of convicted Russian citizens, primarily, Konstantin Yaroshenko and Victor Bout, who are imprisoned in the United States.

As «The Journalist» reported, The US Department of State will allocate $ 500 thousand to track transactions with Russian weapons around the world.
