Wizz Air will launch new flights from October

Hungarian airline Wizz Air will start new flights from the Lviv international airport named after Daniil Galitskyi to Vilnius (Lithuania) and Bratislava (Slovakia), and from the international airport Kharkiv to Gdansk and Wroclaw (Poland) in October.

According to the press release airlines flight Lviv – Vilnius will be performed from October 29, twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.

Flight Lviv – Bratislava from October 30 will be carried out three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The flight Kharkiv – Gdansk from October 28 will be performed twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Flight Kharkiv – Wroclaw from October 28 will be performed twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays.

The airline specified that tickets can be purchased on the company’s website at a price of 459 UAH from Lviv to Bratislava and Vilnius. The ticket price from Kharkiv to Gdansk and Wroclaw will be from 299 UAH.

In addition, according to Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan, in this or, in extreme cases, in 2019, two new aviation companies should enter the Ukrainian market.

«This year there must be at least two more airlines in Ukraine. If not, next year – for sure. These companies will significantly expand their geography of flights in Ukraine», minister said on air of channel 1+1.
