SBU counterintelligence officers exposed two Ukrainian citizens recruited by the FSB of the Russian Federation, who were assigned to collect secret information on combat readiness and support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the SBU press service.

The agents were tasked with obtaining secret documents on the effectiveness of the use of new types of weapons and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the JFO.

They also had to recon the prospects for equipping and rearming units and subdivisions of the Ukrainian army. To complete the mission, the agents tried to recruit a scout from one of the military units.
