Security Service of Ukraine has opened criminal case against organization C14 over the detention of Brazilian mercenary Rafael Lusvarghi, who fought on the side of militants in Donbas, his lawyer Valentyn Rybin said.
«The Investigation Department of the SBU enter information to the unified register of pretrial investigations on the commission of a terrorist act and abduction of a man (citizen of Brazil, Rafael Lusvarghi) commited by the representatives of organization C14 in the center of Kiev on May 4», – Rybin wrote.
The lawyer also posted a copy of the SBU’s response to his request.
As «The Journalist» reported, the court ordered the SBU to open a case against the leader of C14 organization.
