The Accounts Chamber notes the risks of failure to implement the State Budget of Ukraine for 2018, basing on the results of the indicators analysis for the first half of this year.
The Chairman of the Accounting Chamber Valery Patskan said that the plan for the revenues of the General Fund of the State Budget in the first half of the year was not fulfilled by UAH 15 billion, and the nterprises debts on payment of wages increased to UAH 2.7 billion – the largest volume since 2010.
According to the Accounting Chamber, in the first half of the year the National Bank transferred UAH 38 billion out of UAH 44.6 billion of the annual amount of funds, and UAH 8 billion were received from the 4G-licenses sale.
It is noted that, taking into account the non-conducted placement of bonds comprised UAH 56 billion of external state loan, as well as the non-fulfillment of the plan of receipts from the privatization of state property by UAH 4.5 billion, the general plan failure of receipts to the General Fund of the State Budget totals UAH 74 billion.
