The deputy head of the National Police, Oleh Kozlovskiy, said that the separatists in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories are preparing to falsify the upcoming presidential elections in Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News reports, during the board meeting of the Interior Ministry, Kozlovskiy noted that the National Police recorded the preparation to falsify the presidential election of 2019 using the votes of immigrants in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, as well as in the annexed Crimea.
According to Kozlovskiy, falsification is possible with the use of the votes of about 4 million Ukrainians citizens working abroad.
In this regard, the head of the National Police, Serhiy Knyazev, instructed to strengthen the work to prevent electoral fraud and to provide presidential candidates with protection at their request
